Zha Mingzhe
Vice-President of National Theater of China, National-level director, Doctor of Directing
Zha Mingzhe received his bachelor and master degree of arts in Directing Department of Central Academy of Drama, and he served as teacher in his alma mater later on.
Before he became a director in Central Experimental Theater in 1996, he studied abroad in Moscow and received his PH.D in Directing Department of National Lunacharsky Drama Academy of Moscow. He currently has served as director in National Theater of China since 2001.
The works of Mr. Zha have won many awards, including: The Best Works Award, Wenhua Award (Splendor Award for professional theatrical artworks), outstanding director of Chinese Drama Festival, Golden Lion Award and so on.
